Ziotag applies advanced generative AI to understand the content, then automatically create searchable, organized content, to generate an actionable Table of Contents (ToC) with summaries, timestamps, and key topics.

How does Ziotag’s AI generate the Table of Contents?

Using a video’s URL, Ziotag creates a transcript, which is then processed by our generative AI to divide it into chapters/sub-chapters, summarize, and produce a customizable ToC.

What types of videos and podcasts are best suited for Ziotag?

Ziotag works best with educational, instructional, and professional videos and podcasts.  The longer the format, the more helpful the summaries and ToC are, but even content as short as 15 minutes is more findable and navigable – and more valuable to users and publishers.

Can I edit the Table of Contents after it’s generated?

Yes, Ziotag has a sophisticated Editing Console to refine chapter titles, summaries, and timestamps.  If needed, you can enhance the ToC as desired.

Ziotag’s  AI model provides high-quality titles, summaries and timestamps.   Quality does depend on a high quality transcript.  Ziotag provides high quality (99%) Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), or you can use your own human-curated transcripts.  Changes can be made to enhance accuracy if needed (see Q4).
