Esther Dyson Ziotag Advisory Board

Esther is Executive Founder of Wellville and chairman of EDventure Holdings. Wellville is a national nonprofit project to achieve equitable wellbeing. Focused on health, substance abuse and local policy within five US communities, Wellville improves the lives of residents and inspires other communities to do the same, therefore promoting changes in how our nation invests in its people. 

Esther is an active angel investor, best-selling author, board member and advisor focused on emerging markets and technologies, new space and health. She is currently a member of the board of directors of several companies, including Medesk, Pressreader, SWVL and Yandex. She has been an early investor in notable start-ups such as Ziotag, 23andMe, EPAM, Evernote, Flickr, Mashery, Omada Health and Square among many others. From October 2008 to March of 2009, Esther lived in Star City outside Moscow, Russia, training as a backup cosmonaut.

Tommy Doyle

Tommy Doyle Ziotag Advisory BoardTommy is a seasoned executive from the information technology services and STM publishing industries. He has held various executive positions at market leading companies EBSCO Information Services and Elsevier (part of RELX PLC). His roles covered Strategy, Corporate Development, Product Management and General Management. He has a wealth of M&A, Venture Capital and Boardroom experience, most recently leading series A investments in Code Ocean and protocols.io.

Tommy started his career in strategy consulting with Marakon Associates. There he worked across Europe, North America and Latin America supporting clients in Media, Technology, Life Sciences and Financial Services.

Tommy has an MBA from INSEAD, where he was a Louis Franck Scholar, and Master of Chemistry & Boxing Blue from Oxford University. Born and brought up in South East Asia and speaking Brazilian Portuguese, he now lives in Boston with his wife and two young children.

Graham Morehead

Graham Morehead Ziotag Advisory BoardGraham is an expert in AI and a specialist in computational linguistics. He founded two companies based on his technical expertise. An industry leader, he has been working on AI systems since the 1990s and is now Principal Research Scientist with Aon.  

Graham studied physics in English and Spanish in Boston and Madrid, Spain, then transitioned to a career in AI.  He helped improve the accuracy of early speech recognizers and launched two startups: SuperWings was a startup that produced apps before they were called “apps”, and GramLabs.ai was an attempt to simulate the experience of speaking face-to-face with a specific person.  He studied computer science at the University of Maine, where his NSF-funded research into a certain problem in Complexity Science led to several TED talks.  Graham holds a hardware patent for a supercomputer design and two software patents related to machine translation.

Graham spent 6 years overseas, visiting over 20 countries, and learning bits of several languages.  His greatest fascination is with language, how it encodes meaning, and how this function is performed by a conscious brain.
