Jeff Paul, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is a dynamic leader with an extensive history of success launching innovative products across multiple industries – including media, global financial services, life sciences, the public sector and retail.
Throughout his career Jeff has a demonstrated track record of success in developing and managing C-level relationships to increase market penetration and distribution channels. With a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, and initiate/structure multi-million dollar contracts with FORTUNE 500 and other leading companies, Jeff has been able to build highly successful teams in the enterprise market.
As a senior-level executive with the business acumen to successfully build, revitalize, and enhance the performance of established and start-up technology companies, Jeff has continually found a way to innovate and win. Jeff has a deep passion for building and managing teams, and then working closely with those teams to develop and implement innovative plans for cutting-edge technology products and services. His skill in introducing new product/service offerings that enable firms with little or no previous market presence has enabled Ziotag to rapidly gain a competitive advantage in the AI Driven Video market.
Steve Durham, Chief Product Officer
With a career dating back to the analog video and audio of the early 80’s, Steve has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with both media and technology, Steve Durham developed the initial product concept for Ziotag and wrote the first few lines of code for the early prototypes.
As Ziotag’s CPO, Steve manages the product vision and road map and works with Michael to test the limits of what is technically possible while working with Todd to focus the roadmap on features that best position the product to solve the needs of the marketplace.
Michael Puscar, Chief Technical Officer
Michael Puscar is a lifelong technologist and serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building successful companies from the ground up. He has two patents, one issued and one pending, for his groundbreaking work in content contextualization technology. Michael is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences and a guest columnist on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to entrepreneurship.
As CTO, Michael recruited and built a world class technology team and designed most of the algorithms that power the data science layer of the product.
Todd Giannattasio, Chief Marketing Officer
Todd Giannattasio is a veteran marketing expert who has been featured by Entrepreneur, Forbes, and Huffington Post for his proven systems to grow brands, generate leads, and increase sales in our constantly evolving digital world. His combination of fundamental principles and modern marketing strategies create a force multiplier for growth.
He is certified in sales and marketing from DigitalMarketer.com, Hubspot, and the Jordan Belfort Straight Line Sales and Persuasion System. He has been a featured speaker at the Propelify Innovation Festival since 2017 presenting to a combined audience of 24,000 attendees.
Todd has been working in digital communications and marketing since 2003. Over that time, he’s worked with some of the biggest companies in the world from Universal Records to BASF, and with growing startups and small businesses.
Jim McMonagle, Chief Financial Officer
Jim McMonagle is an experienced Chief Financial Officer, accounting professional and advisor to small and medium sized businesses. His experience has mainly been within technology companies and a variety of manufacturers. Jim has been a full-time and consulting CFO in technology, pharmaceuticals, construction, and distribution. His focus over the past decade has been on fundraising, improved cash management, contract management and he has even led efforts to improve HR and hiring processes. In 2015, he co-founded a CFO consulting enterprise. His skills are grounded in his ability to communicate a clear and accurate financial message to managers and investors at companies of varying sizes.
Jim earned his BS degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Shortly after graduating he earned CPA credentials as an associate of Deloitte LLP, the world’s largest CPA firm. He then joined an early innovative internet information company, Infonautics, where he further developed skills in fundraising, financial modeling, and leadership. In addition to audits and consulting engagements, Jim has successfully completed several rounds of mezzanine funding, completed M&A transactions and completed the sale of several companies.
Tereza d'Andrade, Managing Dir. Enterprise
Tereza d'Andrade brings a history of success in partner development and relationship building to the team at Ziotag. Her background includes a variety of startups in digital media, collaboration & social media, AI, and the Internet of Everything.
Her skill lies in discovering the synergies between partners that form the foundations of strong and mutually successful relationships. Tereza is then able to quickly translate those synergies into actionable tools and plans that fit the partners' goals.
Tereza attributes a large part of her success to her multi-cultural background and experiences which include opening global markets for US-based companies, as well as bringing international companies to the US.
Rob Savette, VP Enterprise Market Development
Rob leads Ziotags enterprise sales and marketing initiative and brings 20 years of experience in managing and growing hardware, software and services technology companies.
Throughout his career Rob has built a reputation for developing business strategies , incubating new business models, and building out channel programs.
With a great passion for bringing innovative solutions to market Rob brings a strong track record of building winning sales and marketing teams and then scaling those teams as they experience rapid growth.
